Frequently Asked Questions

Certain sections of Cascades Park are open to everyone without the need for a ticket. However, to gain access to the amphitheater for all ticketed events with a view of the stage, a ticket is required for all adults, children, and infants. Tickets for events may be printed out or displayed on your phone for entry.

• Online — TheAdderleyAmphitheater.com is the official venue website. All online ticket sales are securely processed through AXS, the venue's only authorized ticket seller. Go to our events page and click "Buy Tickets" to be directed to the official AXS listing.
• In-Person — At the Visit Tallahassee Information Center Ticket Office located at the west gate entrance on the day of the concert, beginning at Noon.

The Will Call and Ticket Office is located at 414 E Bloxham St at the West Gate, located at the Visit Tallahassee Visitor Information Center, at the corner of Bloxham and South Gadsden Street.

Will Call and walk-up ticket sales open at Noon on the day of the show.

Re-entry is not permitted except for designated emergencies and/or special circumstances.

There are three types of seats for ticketed events:

• Permanent/Reserved Seat — Designated by a section, row, and seat number.
• General Admission (GA) — Lawn seating in a first-come, first-served area.
• Handicap Accessible Seats — Guests may purchase one companion seat with each accessible seat. See the seating chart for handicap accessible seat locations. For special needs seating, please email Scott@ScottCarswellPresents.com for assistance.

This seating area is not reserved, and spaces are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure safety and visibility on the lawn incline:

• Blankets — Space permitting, seating is limited to one blanket (4' 6" x 5' 6") per couple.
• Approved Seats — Only stadium-style, low-profile cushioned seats that sit no more than 8" off the ground are allowed. Folding chairs are strictly prohibited.

Yes, the Adderley Amphitheater is a fully cashless venue. All concessions, bars, and merchandise vendors accept credit and debit cards only. There is no cash accepted on-site.

Beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) and food items are available for purchase. Food truck selection will vary by event.

• Gates Open — 6:00 PM for ticketed events.
• Show Starts — Most shows begin at 7:00 PM (please check specific performance details as times may vary).
• Curfew — Shows end no later than 11:00 PM on Friday/Saturday and 10:00 PM on Sunday–Thursday.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the amphitheater area.

• Tickets (printed or mobile).
• Ponchos or jackets, depending on the weather.
• Bug spray and cell phones.
• Blankets (within size limits).
• Low-profile stadium seats (max 8" high) for general admission (GA) seating.

• Folding chairs, backpacks, strollers, and coolers of any size.
• Outside food and beverages, including alcohol.
• Umbrellas, tripods, and musical instruments.
• Electronics including cameras with detachable lenses, video cameras, laptop computers, and iPads/notebooks.
• Weapons of any kind, illegal or non-prescribed drugs, and gifts for the band.
• Animals (except for service animals to aid guests with disabilities).
• Skateboards, skates, or rollerblades.
• Private vending (including ticket sales) within Cascades Park.

For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admission. Please have handbags open and available for inspection.

Notice — The Adderley Amphitheater at Cascades Park will not hold or be responsible for valuable items such as cameras and video cameras. Patrons must return them to their vehicles for safekeeping.

The amphitheater is located in Cascades Park, at 1001 South Gadsden St, two blocks from the Historic Capitol off South Monroe Street in downtown Tallahassee.

The corner of S Gadsen St and E Bloxham St near The Will Call location is the designated address for ride-sharing drop-offs and pick-ups.

Free parking is available at:

• 7 E Bloxham St — Fletcher Parking Garage C
• 405 E Gaines St — State Parking Garage B
• 638 E Gaines St — Parking lot adjacent to the Florida Department of Transporation

Handicap Parking is available at:

• 638 E Gaines St — South end of parking lot adjacent to the Florida Department of Transporation

Pay Parking is available at:

• 850 S Gadsden St — Parking garage under the Millstream at Cascades

There is also additional free street parking in the downtown area, which is a four to five block walk.

All seating areas are uncovered and subject to the elements. During the spring and summer, fast-moving thunderstorms are common in the afternoon but often clear quickly. If an event is canceled due to weather, lightning, or wind, refunds of the ticket price and sales taxes will be made. Ticket processing fees cannot be refunded. In the event of severe weather, a show may be postponed or rescheduled.
