Where is the Adderley Amphitheater at Cascades Park?

The amphitheater is located in Cascades Park, at 1001 South Gadsden Street, two blocks from the Historic Capitol off South Monroe Street in downtown Tallahassee.

Do I need a ticket to enter?

Certain sections of Cascades Park are open to everyone without the need for a ticket.  However, to gain access to the amphitheater for all ticketed events with a view of the stage, a ticket is required for all adults, children and infants.

Tickets for events may be printed out or displayed on your phone for entry.

Is re-entry allowed?

Re-entry is not permitted except for designated emergencies and/or special circumstances.

What concessions are available in the amphitheater?

Beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) and food items are available for purchase. Selection will vary.

Will an event be canceled because of weather?

If an event is canceled due to any weather related event, lightning or wind, refunds of the ticket price and sales taxes will be made. Ticket processing fees can not be refunded in the event of cancellation. During the spring and summer months, fast moving thunderstorms are common in the afternoon but clear quickly in the evening.  Please watch the weather reports and dress accordingly.  All seating areas are uncovered and subject to the elements.  In the event of a severe storm warning, the event may be postponed and rescheduled to another date when the artist is available.

I’m from out of town, where should I stay in Tallahassee?

Please visit VisitTallahassee.com for a list of all accommodations and those that are offering special concert packages.  Some hotels offer free shuttle transportation.  Pedi-cabs are also available for hire.

What items can I bring into the amphitheater? What items are prohibited?

Bring: Tickets, poncho or jacket depending on the weather, bug spray and cell phones. (And blankets, depending on ticket purchase). For the safety of visitors due to the incline of the lawn, only stadium-style cushioned seats that sit no more than 8″ off the ground are allowed.

Do Not Bring: Folding chairs, back packs, coolers of any size, outside food and beverage, alcoholic beverages, illegal or non-prescribed drugs, umbrellas, electronics including cameras with detachable lenses, video cameras, laptop computers, iPads/notebooks, audio recorders and tripods, strollers, weapons of any kind, musical instruments, gifts for the band, animals (except for service animals to aid guests with disabilities), skateboards, skates or rollerblades.

Re-entry is not permitted except for designated emergencies and/or special circumstances.

For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions are subject to inspection as a condition of admission. Please have handbags open and available for inspection.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the amphitheater area.

Private vending (including tickets) is prohibited within Cascades Park.

*The Adderley Amphitheater at Cascades Park will not hold or be responsible for valuable items such as cameras and video cameras and patrons must return them to their vehicles for safekeeping. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

What time will shows end?

Shows will end no later than 11 PM on Friday and Saturday and 10 PM on Sunday-Thursday.

How early can I arrive for a show?

Amphitheater gates open at 6pm for ticketed events. Most shows will begin at 7 PM, but please check each performance as times may vary.

Where is parking located and how much does it cost?

Ample free parking is available in three State of Florida owned lots/garages shown adjacent to the amphitheater and shown on the parking map; handicap accessible parking is highlighted. There is also additional free street parking in downtown which is only a four to five block walk.

How does seating in the general admission area work?

This seating area is not reserved and spaces are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Space permitting, seating is limited to blankets (4′ 6″ x 5′ 6″) per couple is allowed. For the safety of visitors due to the incline of the lawn, only stadium-style cushioned seats that sit no more than 8″ off the ground are allowed. View seating chart.

What types of seats are available?

There are three types of seats for ticketed events:

  1. Permanent/reserved seat designated by a section, row and seat number
  2. General admission grass seating in a first-come, first served area
  3. Handicap accessible seats. (Guests may purchase 1 companion seat with each accessible seat.) See seating chart for handicap accessible seat locations. For special needs seating, please email Scott@ScottCarswellPresents.com for assistance.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call on the day of show is located at the Visit Tallahassee Visitor Information Center & Ticket Office located at 414. E. Bloxham Street on the at the west gate located at the corner of Bloxham Street and South Gadsden Street in Cascades Park.

Will Call and walk-up ticket sales open at noon on day of show.
